A floor saw for every demand
Our floor saws are known for their dependability, efficiency, power and low maintenance. They’re driven by reliable and fuel-efficient petrol and diesel engines, as well as electric motors, that deliver exceptionally high horsepower to the blade shaft. Whether you need a small push saw or large diesel walk-behind road saw, you’ll find the right machine for the job here.
All our floor saws are designed for optimal performance in their specific applications, such as floor cutting of concrete slabs in buildings, city street service patchwork, groove cutting and asphalt cutting on large roadwork projects.

Large diesel floor saws
For demanding roadwork projects such as groove cutting on highways or deep cutting on airport runways, choose from our range of large and powerful diesel floor saws (48-74 hp / 35.5-55 kW).
To maximise your productivity in tough conditions, these self-propelled walk-behind floor saws are built with a well thought-out and balanced formula of power, ergonomics, torque, manoeuvrability and reliability. They can accommodate a variety of blade sizes ranging from 660–1,524 mm (26–60").
All our large diesel floor saws come equipped with:
Optimised power transmission
Transmits high power to the blade shaft with optimum torque and minimal vibrations.
Intelliseal™ blade shaft housing
Creates a barrier to protect the bearings and keep contaminates out, eliminating the need for daily maintenance. IntelliSeal™ allows for a minimum of 250 maintenance-free hours without daily greasing of the bearings.
Intuitive and ergonomic control panel
Easily control and monitor important functions such as blade RPM, forward speed, depth gauge, belt and pulley ratios, runtime, service minder and optional electronic tracking (E-Trak™).

Upgrade your large floor saw
Power and reliability come standard with all Husqvarna floor saws. To boost productivity even further, base models of large floor saws can be upgraded with these performance-enhancing features:
- 3-speed gearbox (also available as a standalone feature)
- E-Trak™ (also available as a standalone feature in select sizes)
- Blade clutch

Performance upgrades
For cutting jobs involving several applications and a variety of blade sizes, our right-angle 3-speed gearbox is a must. It allows different blade sizes to be run at their ideal RPM level, providing optimum torque without changing the floor saw’s pulleys or belts. This helps to extend blade life and optimise the surface area (SFPM) when running different blade diameters.

Versatile medium floor saws
Our petrol-powered and electric medium floor saws (30-50 hp / 28-37 kW) are easy to transport and ideal for small to medium-sized residential or commercial service and repair jobs, such as indoor or outdoor cutting of asphalt or concrete, including green concrete. The blade diameter ranges from 500–762 mm (20–30"), with a cutting depth of up to 318 mm (12.5").
Medium floor saws: key benefits
Our medium floor saws deliver all the performance you need to get the job done, while their compact size simplifies transport.

Emission-free electric floor saws
Our electric floor saws produce no emissions when in use, making them ideal for indoor applications such as cutting trenches in concrete for data cables, electrical wiring and plumbing. Besides minimising environmental impact, these electric floor saws are user-friendly with optimal weight and balance to reduce operator strain.
Electric floor saws: key benefits
The power transmission system enables vibration-free power transfer with optimum torque and minimal power loss to the blade shaft. It provides high reliability and low downtime if used according to the operator’s manual between service intervals.

Compact and easy-to-operate floor saws
Our small floor saws (11.7-20.8 hp / 8.7-15.5 kW) are both easy to transport and straightforward to operate, making them ideal for simpler jobs such as driveway and pavement repair or road patching.
Even with their smaller size, our walk-behind floor saws are packed with features to help increase productivity, reduce maintenance, and enhance ergonomics. Our range includes self-propelled and push floor saws powered by either petrol or electricity.
Small floor saws: key benefits
Reduces the force required to raise and lower the blade in and out of the cut, which helps decrease operator fatigue.

Small self-propelled floor saws
Work in comfort with our small self-propelled floor saws (11.7-20.8 hp / 8.7-15.5 kW). These saws are specially designed to minimise vibrations and give you all the power you need to take on demanding asphalt and concrete cutting projects. Maximum cutting depth: 179–244 mm (7.2–9.7").
- Includes low-maintenance sealed blade shaft system
- Low vibration with the patented engine & blade shaft mounting system
- Mount blade on left or right with dual-spring assist raise/lower

Small push floor saws
Our range of small push floor saws (5-11.7 hp / 3.7-8.7 kW) includes machines for many different applications. For residential jobs and difficult-to-access job sites, choose the FS 309, our lightest and most compact floor saw.
Our easy-to-manoeuvre FS 400 and FS 413 floor saws are both ideal rental options. For indoor applications, choose our versatile and emission-free FS 600 E electric floor saw. Maximum cutting depth ranges from 122–200 mm (4.9–7.8").

High-performance diamond blades
When the clock is ticking, it pays to have reliable diamond blades that perform. Our durable diamond blades for floor saws deliver the precision and speed you need. Their wide application range includes sawing in anything from asphalt to heavily reinforced concrete, plus slot cutting for electric and electronic cables, other joint-widening jobs and the installation of traffic loops.
Our diamond blades come in three performance levels: ELITE-, VARI- and TACTI, represented by the colours Gold, Silver and Bronze, respectively.
