Which power source suits your needs?

Disc cutters
Cut anything from concrete slabs to steel beams with our heavy-duty disc cutters. For most construction cutting jobs, a disc cutter like the iconic, petrol-powered K 770 is a superb choice.
For demanding indoor or outdoor jobs, consider the award-winning K 1 PACE battery disc cutter ā delivering a winning combination of high power, cordless freedom and zero direct CO2 emissions during use.
For quick, shallow cuts, you can use the handy battery-powered Husqvarna K 535i, producing 76 mm (3ā) cutting depth with its 230 mm (9ā) blade.
Powered by high-frequency PRIMEā¢ technology, the mighty K 7000 disc cutter doubles the cutting depth to 155 mm (6ā) with its 400 mm (16ā) blade.

Disc cutters: key features

Ring saws
For fast and deep sawing of reinforced concrete structures and concrete pipes, itās hard to beat a Husqvarna ring saw. These powerful concrete cutters are available in petrol-powered, hydraulic and electric PRIMEā¢ versions.
In addition to their speed and cutting depth, our versatile ring saws are suitable for both indoor and outdoor jobs. Use them for pipe cutting in narrow trenches together with our pipe-cutting clamp for added precision. The PRIMEā¢ ring saw is also a good choice for pre-cutting in combination with the PRIMEā¢ concrete chainsaw, powered by the same PRIMEā¢ power pack.

Concrete chain saws
Our versatile concrete chainsaws are ideal for high-precision sawing when you want to avoid overcutting, such as when making narrow plunge cuts and corner-cutting openings for doors and windows. The 450-mm cutting depth adds even more versatility.
Advanced shapes
The narrow nose diameter of the Elite-Guide bar facilitates the cutting of triangles, octagons, pipe-tapping openings and other advanced or irregular shapes.
Corner cutting
Avoid overcutting when sawing large openings by using the concrete chainsaw to finish cutting the corners.
Square openings
The narrow width of the Elite-Guide bar enables you to produce square openings as small as 120 x 120 mm.
Pipe cutting
The 450-mm cutting depth allows you to cut all the way through a pipe up to 330 mm in diameter from one side (when used with the Husqvarna pipe-cutting clamp).

Cut-n-break saws
Our versatile cut-n-break concrete saws are suitable for a range of tasks, from flush-cutting close to walls and floors to smaller jobs like cutting window openings, where itās important to avoid overcutting in the corners.
Theyāre also a convenient choice for step cutting trenches and grooves for pipes, conduits, fibre optic and IT cabling, and expansion joints for crack control. Equipped with two 9ā (230 mm) cutting blades working side by side on the same shaft, the saws produce two parallel cuts 3/4ā (19 mm) apart and up to 2 1/2ā (62 mm) deep. The concrete core between the cuts breaks off easily and can be removed with the included tool. The groove is then made deeper step by step, until finished.
Our cut-n-break concrete cutters make cuts up to 16ā (400 mm) deep and are available in both petrol and corded electric versions.

Rescue saws
Our high-speed rescue saws are designed and developed entirely with the needs of rescue teams in mind ā trusted for their cutting power, swift startability, reliability in harsh conditions and agile handling during firefighting and rescue operations.
Equipped with our special vacuum-brazed rescue diamond blade, our rescue saws cut quickly and efficiently through everything from steel and aluminium to rubber, plastic, wood, concrete, brick and roof tiles.
Our rescue saws are direct descendants of the legendary Partner K-12 FD, which is why many firefighters refer to them as Partner saws or K 12 saws. Compared with the Partner K-12 FD, these successors are updated with numerous new features for even safer and more efficient handling.

Rail cutters
Rail repair jobs need to be handled quickly and correctly to minimise traffic delays.
Track repair and maintenance companies appreciate the K 1270 Rail saw for its powerful, fuel-efficient X-TorqĀ® engine, operator-friendly design and smart RA 10 rail attachment, which enables fast, stable mounting onto the track to ensure a perfect right-angle cut.
Our battery-powered K 1 PACE Rail cutter is designed for powering through precise repairs and maintenance at faster speeds. The PACE battery system provides instant, reliable power to keep delays to a minimum. With low weight and less noise, an impressive power-to-weight ratio and zero direct CO2 emissions, you get the freedom to work in tunnels or wherever your work takes you. The K 1 PACE Rail is equipped with the X-Haltā¢ blade brake function, which is capable of stopping the rotation of the blade in a fraction of a second.

Cutting trolleys ā work in comfort
Work in comfort during longer cuts with a Husqvarna cutting trolley. Available in two versions specially designed for petrol power cutters or the K 1 PACE, our cutting trolleys make it easy to manoeuvre around the job site and adjust cutting depth. Mounting the cutter is simple thanks to the trolleysā quick-connect features. Experience precise cutting in both straight and curved lines, as well as close to walls and kerbstones. The trolleysā compact design makes it easy to fold and transport. Suitable for precise cutting in many different applications such as cutting asphalt and burying cable.

Dust management for power cutters
Dust management is an essential part of construction work. The most efficient way to manage dust when power cutting is to capture it at the source. Find what you need in our wide range of professional equipment for managing dust and slurry, including dust extractors, pre-separators, wet and slurry vacuums and air cleaners.

Safety and handling
Although weāre always working to make our machines even safer, correct handling of your power cutter is important. And proper ergonomics are essential for you to work efficiently without wearing yourself out.
