Enjoy compact portability or heavy duty power with our range of industrial dust collectors – from the BDC 1133 for hand tools and small grinding machines, to the Blastrac DC 900 that is designed for steel blasting on vertical steel surfaces such as ship hulls or oil platform areas.
A more powerful airflow
Our machines have a high continuous airflow with a low pick-up capacity (kPa). This ensures that during blasting the steel shot and dust are collected from the surface and that the steel shot is also separated from the dust. This is made possible by a special design that uses a high amount of filters and a built-in compressor to clean the filters in sequence and maintain a constant airflow.

One of the big advantages of our dust collectors is how they widen the possibilities with steel and concrete shot blasting, especially in areas where dust would not be tolerated, or where the dust could have hazardous consequences such as with asbestos removal, lead paint removal and nuclear decommissioning.
Machines can use M-class filters and H14 HEPA filters – the highest grade of HEPA filter – to achieve optimum performance with hazardous materials.

Air cleaners – for the invisible dust
Even with top-of-the-line dust management solutions, invisible nanoparticles can still spread to the surrounding air. Air cleaners can help filter out these airborne particles.
Husqvarna’s latest range of air cleaners is developed with a new level of intelligence and mobility compared with the previous generation. They feature colour-coded visual alarms to indicate the filter status and a compact, stackable design that makes them easier to transport and handle. Two-stage filtering captures silica dust and dust from wood, metal, gypsum, and other materials. For three-stage filtering, optional filters (like active carbon filters) are available.
